Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects from initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Coordinate developers, technical teams, external suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Organize regular project meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
• Monitor project budgets, resources, risks, and potential delays.
• Identify project issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them promptly.
• Communicate project status, progress, challenges, and changes to management and clients.
• Ensure projects meet agreed technical requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate testing, implementation, deployment, and handover of IT solutions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, schedules, and records.
• Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and requirements.
• Support communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed requirements.
• Participate in post-project reviews and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Previous experience in an administrative or project coordination role (preferably in IT)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or similar)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with IT terminology and environments is a plus
