We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Fiber Optics Lab Technician to join our team. You will support the day-to-day work of our Fiber Optics Assembly Lab, helping to prepare, test, and dispatch fiber optic products to customers while keeping the lab organised and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the Fiber Optics Assembly Lab of the company
• Terminate and polish fiber optic cables
• Measure the effectiveness of fiber optic cables
• Package finished products
• Label products and dispatch them to customers
• Maintain the storage facilities
• Track stock levels and equipment
• Take on lab operations independently once fully trained

• No previous experience required; experience in telecoms is an advantage
• High school graduate; a university degree in a related field is an advantage
• Proven ability to understand and follow directions
• Ability to record and organise paperwork
• Computer and Microsoft proficiency
• Basic knowledge of the English language
• Good physical condition
