HRus Partners (license no. 414) on behalf of our client, , a leading provider of digital asset infrastructure leveraging blockchain technology, is seeking a skilled and self-motivated IT Technician to join their growing team. As an IT Technician & Client Support Specialist based in our office in Nicosia, Cyprus, you provide support and operate several duties related to end-users' IT and client environments.

• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including software, hardware, and network equipment.
• Administer and support cloud environments, primarily Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Manage and maintain virtualized environments (e.g., VMware) and backup/recovery solutions.
• Oversee Active Directory, Group Policies, and identity/access management.
• Implement system hardening and security best practices across Windows and Linux environments.
• Maintain and support endpoints, servers, and internal IT tools.
• Provision and manage user accounts, email systems, and access rights.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Contribute to maintaining a secure, compliant, and efficient IT infrastructure, particularly in a blockchain-driven environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support infrastructure needs related to digital asset platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in similar functions
• Linux mac and windows as workstation
• Azure administration including (SharePoint, Intune, Windows defender)
• Python scripting including ansible playbook
• Proficient with IT security best practices in banking environment
• Go programming language a plus
• HTML, JavaScript, CSS knowledge a plus
• Fluent in English and any other language is a plus
