We’re looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused individual who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and delivering exceptional service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you.

* Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email and our e-shop.

* Coordinate customer orders from enquiry through to dispatch.

* Communicate with customers, suppliers and couriers.

* Prepare invoices and maintain accurate customer records.

* Support the smooth day-to-day running of our office and e-shop.

* Assist with website updates, reporting and other operational tasks.

* Previous experience in customer service, administration or sales support.

* Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

* Excellent in using Microsoft Office and business software.

* A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Social Media experience will be a plus.
