Medicover Genetics is seeking to recruit a passionate Marketing & Event Support Specialist. Working closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing activities, conferences, webinars, and corporate events, assist with registrations, customer support processes, and administrative operations, and help ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, customers, vendors, and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be based in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and events.
• Maintain organized records of marketing activities, budgets, events, and related documentation.
• Assist with budget tracking and administrative processes to ensure efficient execution of activities.
• Coordinate conferences, trade shows, workshops, webinars, corporate events, and internal meetings.
• Manage event logistics, registrations, vendors, venues, promotional materials, and participant communications.
• Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors to support marketing and event activities.
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage the customer support ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of requests.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, corporate communications, and digital content.
• Ensure all marketing activities, communications, and events are aligned with the company's branding and messaging.
• Support post-event follow-up activities and reporting.
• Support the implementation of marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Manager.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in marketing and event coordination.

Your Profile:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, administration, event coordination, or customer support
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• Proactive, independent, and driven by the challenge of contributing to the growth of a dynamic business
• Excellent command of English and Greek languages (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools preferred, but not required
