Mesoyios College invites applications from highly qualified, dynamic, and academically accomplished professionals to join its distinguished faculty team for its MBA Program, for the Fall Semester 2026, commencing in October 2026.

As part of our ongoing commitment to academic excellence, innovation, research, and student success, we are seeking Part-Time Lecturers in Business Management.

Applicants should possess:

• A PhD degree in Business Administration or relevant field from a recognized and accredited institution.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of prior teaching experience in higher education or a comparable academic environment.
• Demonstrated expertise and a strong academic background in their area of specialization.
• Evidence of active research engagement, including publications in peer-reviewed academic journals, conference presentations, research projects, or other scholarly contributions.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards in both teaching and research.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to inspire, mentor, and engage students in a dynamic and learner-centred environment.
