Customer Service Team Member

At Goodearth, great food goes hand in hand with great hospitality. We're looking for a friendly, proactive team member who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating a positive experience for every customer.

Position: Full-time (5 days per week)

• Greet and serve customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately at the counter and over the phone.
• Assist with packing takeaway and delivery orders.
• Handle payments and operate the POS system.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions.
• Ensure the front-of-house area remains clean, organised and well-presented.
• Replenish displays, packaging and service stations as needed.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and company procedures at all times.
• Help create a warm and welcoming environment that reflects the Goodearth brand.

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or food service is considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a proactive approach.
• Reliable, organised and responsible.
• Good command of Greek and English.
