Role Description

 

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Limassol Municipality. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the store team, managing inventory, driving sales, ensuring operational efficiency, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. Additionally, the Store Manager will represent the brand’s values and cultivate an engaging in-store experience for staff and customers alike.

Qualifications

 

• Proven experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to ensure operational excellence and minimize loss.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to maintain a positive shopping experience and build customer loyalty.
• Excellent Communication skills to lead and motivate teams effectively and engage with customers.
• Leadership abilities to manage and inspire a team toward achieving sales and operational goals.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle day-to-day store activities efficiently.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment and a passion for fashion and trends.
• Experience in retail is highly preferred.
