Mesoyios College invites applications for the position of Lecturer in English Language and Literature to join its growing academic team in Limassol, Cyprus.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching in English Language and Literature courses, supporting student academic development, and contributing to the academic life of the College.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and/or foundation-level courses in English Language and Literature
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assessments, and examinations
• Support students through academic advising and mentoring
• Participate in curriculum development and quality assurance activities
• Engage in departmental meetings, academic events, and institutional initiatives
• Maintain accurate academic and administrative records

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in English Language and Literature or a closely related field
• Excellent command of the English language
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural academic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous teaching experience in higher education
• Experience with international students and English foundation programs
• Research activity or professional engagement in relevant academic fields
