Golden Coast Hotel 4*, a leading hospitality destination in Protaras, is seeking to recruit Cooks for the season 2026 to join our team and create memorable dining experiences.
Additional description
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all food items offered, including ingredients, preparation methods, proper presentation, and prepare them to the highest standards.
- Ensure full compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in line with HACCP regulations.
- Assist with buffet setups and prepare the ‘mise en place’ for daily operations.
- Prepare dishes according to Executive Chef’s recipes, following all control procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of culinary school
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of English language – Greek would be an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate efficiently
- Positive, engaging personality
- Professional appearance & attitude
