Golden Coast Hotel 4*, a leading hospitality destination in Protaras, is seeking to recruit Cooks for the season 2026 to join our team and create memorable dining experiences.
Additional description
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all food items offered, including ingredients, preparation methods, proper presentation, and prepare them to the highest standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in line with HACCP regulations.
  • Assist with buffet setups and prepare the ‘mise en place’ for daily operations.
  • Prepare dishes according to Executive Chef’s recipes, following all control procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Graduate of culinary school
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of English language – Greek would be an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate efficiently
  • Positive, engaging personality
  • Professional appearance & attitude
