Pafilia is seeking to recruit a Financial Analyst. The successful candidate will provide accurate and data-based information, in terms of profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity. Successful candidate will research and analyse financial information, write reports, and monitor financial movements to help management make well informed decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and performance analysis
• Track and determine financial status by analysing actual results in comparison with forecasts/Budgets
• Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.
• Conduct business studies, develop financial models, and conduct benchmarking.
• Identify trends, advise company, and recommend actions based on sound analysis.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other members of the finance team.
• Prepare business cases backed with data driven analysis.
• Design and implement monitoring solutions.
• Work on special projects and ad-hoc assignments

Necessary requirements:

• BSc in Finance or Accounting or Maths
• Newly Qualified Accountant or equivalent will be considered as an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst and/or experience in Advisory department of Accountancy Firm will be considered as an advantage.
• Analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications (Knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies).
• Experience in Power BI a plus
• Excellent presentation, reporting and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational ability.
• Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines.
