Requirements

• Degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the field of architecture
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
• Skills in 3D design
• Knowledge of Revit will be considered an advantage

Responsibilities

• Preparation of architectural drawings
• Preparation and submission of applications for planning and building permits
• Creation of 3D models
• Good understanding of planning regulations and permitting procedures

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα

• Πτυχίο Αρχιτεκτονικής
• Ελάχιστη επαγγελματική εμπειρία 3 ετών στον τομέα της αρχιτεκτονικής
• Άριστη γνώση AutoCAD
• Δεξιότητες σε 3D σχεδιασμό

Η γνώση του Revit θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.

Καθήκοντα

• Εκπόνηση αρχιτεκτονικών σχεδίων
• Ετοιμασία και υποβολή αιτήσεων για πολεοδομικές και οικοδομικές άδειες
• Δημιουργία τρισδιάστατων μοντέλων
• Γνώση πολεοδομικών κανονισμών και διαδικασιών αδειοδότησης
