MANSYSTEMS (www.mansystems.org), one of the leading companies as consulting Firm, operating in Cyprus and 104 countries globally, is seeking on behalf of our client (Leading Group of Companies) an HR MANAGER.
An Human Resources (HR) Manager in the electromechanical services industry (HVAC, MEP, electrical contracting, specialized engineering) requires a blend of traditional HR skills and specialized knowledge in health and safety, skilled trade recruitment, and subcontractor management. They must manage a diverse workforce, often comprising field technicians, engineers, project managers, and office staff.
This role is pivotal in shaping and supporting our organisational structure, strengthening our people practices, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to both management and employees, contributing to the development of effective HR strategies and ensuring the smooth delivery of day-to-day HR operations.

Additional description
-Support the design and continuous improvement of the company’s organisational structure, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities
-Lead core HR activities, including:
-Preparation and updating of job descriptions
-Recruitment and selection processes (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding)
-Act as a reference point for employees, providing guidance and support on workplace matters
-Partner with management to support organisational decisions, workforce planning, and team structuring
-Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
-Identify training needs and propose, coordinate, and monitor training and development programs
-Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and company culture
-Support and supervise junior HR team members, providing mentoring and coaching
-Maintain and improve HR processes, policies, and documentation

Required Qualifications & Skills
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-Master’s degree in HR or a related discipline will be considered an advantage
-4–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a multi-company or fast-paced environment
-Good knowledge of Cyprus employment legislation
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality
-Organised, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
-Experience in supporting organisational development initiatives will be considered an advantage
-Master’s degree in HR or a related discipline will be considered an advantage
-4–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a multi-company or fast-paced environment
-Good knowledge of Cyprus employment legislation
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality
-Organised, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
