Qualified candidates will be responsible for the support and maintenance of computer systems. They will work with the IT team to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operation of the systems.

✅ What you’ll do

• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, software, and peripherals
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for end users
• Monitor systems, perform preventative maintenance & reporting
• Create/update technical documentation and support procedures
• Collaborate with the IT team on improvements and new tech rollouts
• Manage IT equipment and ensure stable daily operations

🎯 What you bring

• Degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
• Solid knowledge of Windows & Linux environments
• Strong command of Windows 10/11 and MS Office 2019/365
• Problem-solving mindset and passion for user support
• Great communication skills and teamwork spirit

 

 

 

Must-have:

• Knowledge of firewalling, routing, and switching (primarily Fortinet and Cisco)
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Unix/Linux systems
