Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Repair laptops, computers, network products, POS systems, and other related IT equipment hardware and software.
• Capable of integrating custom-made computer systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair problematic IT products.
• Keep the workplace tidy and clean.
• Communicate with customers regarding repairs performed.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as policies regarding payment.

Education and Experience

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Certifications in a relevant IT field will be considered an additional qualification.
• Relevant product knowledge and training.
• Basic business administration and sales knowledge.
• Good knowledge of the Greek and English languages.
• Knowledge of the SAP software package will be considered an additional qualification.
