Bionic is seeking a motivated Systems Engineer to design, implement, and support modern IT infrastructure solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate is technically hands on, eager to learn, and committed to delivering secure, dependable, and efficient systems.

About the Role

As a Systems Engineer at Bionic, you will play an active role in developing and maintaining advanced IT infrastructure environments. You will collaborate closely with experienced engineers and customers, gaining exposure to infrastructure design, cloud technologies, and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, virtualization, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Windows environments.
• Act as the primary technical contact for assigned customers and internal teams.
• Identify customer needs and help develop practical technical solutions.
• Participate in system installations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Diagnose and resolve issues, including root‑cause analysis.
• Ensure system availability, performance, and adherence to security best practices.
• Provide technical support as required.
• Develop and maintain clear and accurate technical documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance internal tools and services.
• Support additional technical tasks when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in systems engineering or IT engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments.
• Basic understanding of virtualization, networking, or storage technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and progress in ICT technologies.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Cooperative, responsible, and positive collaborator.
