Join Bionic’s Service Team in Pafos as an IT Engineer. You’ll repair laptops and IT equipment, provide on-site and off-site support, and install and maintain network infrastructure. We value a proactive, customer-focused approach and strong technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Repair laptops, desktop computers, and related IT equipment.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; provide effective IT solutions to customers.

Deliver off-site support at client premises, including hardware, software, and network repairs.

Install, configure, and support network equipment (routers, switches, servers).

Maintain a tidy, organized workspace and documentation.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Certifications in IT are a plus.

Proficiency in Greek and English.

Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Strong technical product and software knowledge.

Experience troubleshooting client IT equipment.
