🎯Strategy & Planning

Craft and lead our annual marketing roadmap
Develop targeted, impactful campaigns that align with business goals
Measure what matters — from brand love to bottom-line impact

📊 Insights & Innovation

Launch and manage market research to uncover real customer insights
Use data to fine-tune strategies and unlock new opportunities

🤝Collaboration & Execution

Lead projects from concept to execution — collaborating with internal teams, agencies, and creatives
Own the marketing calendar and drive delivery like a pro

📱Digital & Social

Grow and engage our online audience through social and digital channels
Boost our e-commerce performance with strategic promotions and smart tools

📰 Media, PR & Presence

Design and run PR activities that get people talking
Work with media agencies to deliver standout campaigns
Elevate the in-store experience — visually and emotionally

💼What You Bring

✅5+ years in a similar managerial marketing role
✅A Bachelor’s in Marketing or a related field (Master’s is a plus!)
✅Strong experience in digital marketing, social media and direct response
✅Proven experience in branding and strategic marketing
✅Proficiency in MS Office
✅Excellent command of both English and Greek
