We are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to lead our growth in Cyprus.
If you thrive in a sales-driven environment and enjoy building relationships, closing deals, and delivering real value to clients — this role is for you.
Additional description
  • Drive new business and achieve monthly & annual sales targets
  • Identify and develop opportunities across industries (construction, HVAC, facilities management, etc.)
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and tailored proposals
  • Manage the full sales cycle (lead → demo → close)
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Represent the company at events, networking opportunities & conferences
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in B2B Sales (Software / SaaS / IT preferred)
  • Strong track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, results-oriented mindset
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders
  • Fluent in Greek & English
  • Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel across Cyprus
