From the first spring bloom to the final autumn harvest, you will be the primary guardian of our buzzing workforce, managing everything from queen rearing to honey extraction.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting regular hive inspections to monitor for pests, diseases, and overall colony strength.

• Performing honey harvesting and processing while maintaining strict hygiene standards.

• Managing hive expansions, splits, and swarm prevention strategies.

• Maintaining apiary equipment and ensuring the surrounding environment is bee-friendly.

We are looking for someone who is as resilient as a worker bee and as organized as a honeycomb.

• Experience: At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in beekeeping or apiary management.

• Knowledge: Deep understanding of bee biology, seasonal cycles, and integrated pest management (IPM).

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy hive boxes (up to 50 lbs) and work outdoors in varying weather conditions while wearing protective gear.

• Attention to Detail: Keen observation skills to spot subtle changes in hive behavior or health.

• Licensing: A valid driver’s license is required for travel between apiary sites.
