In her current role as Human Resources Manager at Electromatic Constructions Ltd, she is responsible for key areas of the HR function, including employee and labour relations, HR policies and procedures, management guidance, performance and employee development initiatives, payroll support and the continuous improvement of internal HR processes.

Augusta holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Training from the University of Leicester, UK, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from S.U.N.Y.
